The Department of Painting, JNAFAU, Hyderabad conducted three Day Online Faculty Development Program (FDP), from 29th April to 1st May 2022. The title of the Program is "Methods and Challenges in Interdisciplinary Pedagogy".

Distinguished Speakers: Eminent Speakers from Amity University Kolkata, B.H.U, Varanasi, Azim Premji Uni, EFLU, and JNAFAU, Hyderabad had been invited as speakers.

Participant Registrations:  FDP was open for any Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture from all Industries/Universities all over India through online registration only prior to the program. The FDP successfully recorded 98 registrations to a limit of 100 members.

Outcomes:  The FDP considered new changes that are taking place in Art and Architecture practice at large as challenges and in finding the new methods of pedagogy as possibilities. The FDP introduced faculty members to interdisciplinarity as a new approach and other teaching/ research methodologies to those in Creative fields.
